  Rarely have I dealt with people who are this good at customer service: honest, polite, common sense. This was the way my moped rental went, and I enjoyed it. I was able to enjoy Maui and see the road to Hana (awesome!), and visit the beaches I wanted. I had a really great time on Maui and will definitely come back. Renting a moped just added to the sense of freedom and fun. Totally worth it!

  This business used to be owned by some great people with quality mopeds; but it must have been sold because the guy who owns it now is a tool. We referred our visiting family members to this company to rent mopeds because they used to have quality, beautiful Sym mopeds. I will never be recommending anyone to them again. Our family members were given 2 banged up, slow mopeds which had safeties that expired in 2013 (1 year expired). The owner swore up and down that he had all current safeties for the mopeds but someone must of stolen the sticker off it. When we asked him to show proof of current safety paperwork (so we wouldn't get pulled over), he said he couldn't show us. The first day we all went riding one of their mopeds broke down and left us stranded on the side of the road (the carburetor was clogged, brakes weren't working properly, and the front tire kept going flat) . When we called the owner of this business to pick up his moped and give us a refund, he refused to refund our money and just exchanged the moped for another one. This next moped at least had a current safety sticker but the headlight didn't work, so we had to exchange it again for a different moped. Do not waste your valuable vacation time with them! There are better, safer, and cheaper moped companies to rent from on this island.

  I don't know what happened to first reviewer, but I can tell you that the guy that runs this company now is a solid guy. They went out of their way to be helpful, delivered the bike to me, kept in touch about arrangements, were friendly and easy to deal with. I would and have recommended them to people who were jealous of my scooter.
